Within one week of equipment delivery and use, professional technical personnel will be dispatched to provide on-site tracking services to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.

Implement proactive service, conduct phone follow-up every three months to understand equipment operation and assist users in equipment maintenance. Each customer has dedicated customer service.

If receiving user service requests, respond within 2 hours and provide handling suggestions. If on-site solutions are needed, 24 Dispatch service personnel to the site within hours to ensure that the problem is not resolved and personnel are not evacuated.
